Stamped Bracelet

I've got a new project class coming up where we'll be creating this beautiful bracelet using stamps and shrink plastic!  Leaves not your thing?  Use a different stamp set!  Want flowers?  Got some favorite stamps?  Bring 'em!  And, choose your own colors!  I'll show you how to srink the plastic to create these beautiful curved pieces.  All supplies included, but if you have your own jewelry tools, please bring them.  The class will be held on Wed. Nov. 28th at 7:30pm at Mrs. Rodgers Neighborhood.  Contact me at stefrick@optonline.net if you'd like to join us.

New Promotion & Specials

If you haven't heard, Stampin' Up! is offering a free gift when you order one of the Keepsakes Bundles during the month of October ... the new Festive Paper-Piercing Pack!  I took a picture of the flyer, but if you'd like to go directly to the website (and possibly order), just click Christmas Bundle.

And, did you ever love or need just one stamp from a set?  Maybe the whole set just isn't in the budget.  Well, until Jan. 2, 2013, Stampin' Up! is allowing you to purchase single stamps from any of these three sets:  Perfectly Penned, Seasonal Sayings, or Word Play (LOVE this set!).  Again, I took pics of the fliers, but if you want to go to the website, just click Single Stamps.

Dress Form on Blog

For those of you who were following the story of my daughter's attempt at making a dress form using duct tape and expanding foam ... well, she's back at college now, and I think she pretty much gave up on that idea.

In the meantime, she just sent me this link where someone else made a dress form using duct tape and then stuffed it with pillow filling.  She's done a great job with photos and instructions, and it really worked great!
